All orders are subject to our terms and conditions which are available upon request. For all purchases we reserve the right to make adjustments to information or pricing due to typographical errors, market factors or manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. All deliveries are carried out by a third party. Please understand that delivery dates on orders are partly dependant on our suppliers and freight contractors and although A&R Computer Services will try and provide the most timely information to our clients, we can make no guarantees or promises regarding the delivery and receipt of orders. We accept no liability on situations out of our control. All computer systems come with a seven-day customer satisfaction guarantee, of which shipping charges to and from the customer are not refundable. Orders are refundable subject to final inspection of goods by A&R Computer Services and customers paying freight charges to and from our premises. No warranty or return claims will be accepted without an invoice. In the event that goods are to be returned, please contact our service department either via email or telephone They will issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. For this process we will require the invoice number, customer details and reason for return. Note that no returns of any type will be accepted or processed without a RA number. Goods must be in their original condition with all packaging, software and manuals included. We cannot accept non-faulty opened software for return under any circumstances. Please note that only faulty goods will be accepted for return, we do not accept goods returned because they are no longer suitable or can be purchased elsewhere for a lower price.
