We collect our customers contact details so that we can communicate with our customers, deliver the products and services they request and develop new products and services. We may also analyse information for statistical purposes without any individuals being identified.

When A&R Internet Services has customer loyalty programmes and special promotions with agents and third parties, customers contact details may be provided to agents and third parties. When you apply for certain account types with A&R Internet Services where hardware is supplied you are credit checked and your credit history will be assessed by the credit agency. In the event of a debt being owed your details may be referred to a debt collection agency. When A&R Internet Services runs promotions and competitions the winners' names may be published in one of our publications.

Our security measures and yours
A&R Internet Services takes security very seriously and we have in place appropriate systems to reduce the likelihood of unauthorised access to any personal information that we collect either directly from the customer or as a result of customer use of the services. You should not reveal your password to other people and you should change it at least every month.
